Returning an Item

When returning items to us it is your responsibility to ensure that the items arrive safely.

(Please return the goods in their original condition, do not remove any tags from the items and repack them to insure that the product is not damaged on its return journey)

We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post, therefore we would always recommend keeping proof of postage, so that you are covered in the event of a missing parcel.

Certificates of posting are available free at the post office and will enable us to action your refund should your parcel be lost or delayed in the post.

Items is Damaged

If an item is damaged in transit to you and this is clear on arrival do not sign for the delivery. It will then be returned to us.

If you have signed for the delivery and realise it has been damaged contact us

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We will either refund the item or send a replacement within 24 hours of notification

In exceptional circumstances we may require the item to be returned prior to sending out a replacement or refund

(Please note weekend notifications will be dealt with on Monday).

Change your Mind about an Item

This should be done within 7 working days starting the day after delivery.

If you have changed your mind or ordered the incorrect item.

Please return the item stating reason, order number and date.

Amount of refund will take into account the rights of cancellation ,the sale of goods act and distance selling regulations. The customer is liable for the cost of returning the goods to us except by prior written ( email) agreement with Feather and Fern

Any resending of goods is likely to incur our standard delivery charge

Incorrect Item

Oops we will either refund the item or send a replacement within 24 hours of notification.

We will advise on wether incorrect item needs to be returned or not
