How do I place and order?

If you are a new customer and not logged in:

To place a product into your basket simply click on Add to basket, this will place your item to the shopping basket where you can either:

Continue Shopping: this will take you back to the product page.

Edit Basket: If you have selected an item to be removed from your basket this will update and recalculate the current cost of your basket.

Checkout: If you have finished your selections and wish to complete your order and pay.

As part of the checkout process you will now need to create a username and enter your address details.

If you are an existing customer:

To place a product into your basket simply click on Add to basket.

The basket box which is always visible on the right hand side updates immediately.

The number of items is visible along with the total.

You can click on the arrow to expand the basket and see the list of products.

You can click on " Edit basket " To edit, remove, increase and change quantity of items in your basket.

You can click on "checkout " to finalise your purchases.

How can I pay for my order?

We are using Paypal as our check out. You can pay by either credit card or by logging in to your paypal account.. You don't need to have a Paypal account to place and order.

Are my Details Secure?

Of Course, one of the reasons we are using Paypal is because its one of the most trusted online checkouts in the world.

What should I do if my credit/debit card was refused when placing an order?

If at any point you have a problem with the ordering process please contact us.

How do I know if my order has been received?

Once you have completed your order you will receive an email confirmation from us. You will also receive a dispatch email to let you know your order has been sent.

How will my order be delivered?

The delivery method used is based on the weight and size of the order. Smaller items will be delivered by Royal Mail and larger ones by Courier. Currently the courier company we use is Parcelforce who will require a signature on delivery.

If you are not in they may attempt to deliver your parcel to one of your immediate neighbours or at the local post office. A card will be left to inform you in either case.

They will usually attempt delivery 3 times before the parcel is returned to us.

In any event it is best to use an address at which someone is likely to be in.

My order has not arrived. How long should I wait before contacting you?

Five working days. Please contact us so that we can investigate and track the order with our carrier.

I want to make sure my order has been despatched as I need it urgently.

No problem. You should have had an email to confirm the order has been despatched. However it is possible that it has gone into your junk email folder. Please call and we can confirm the exact status of your order.

I have a missing or damaged item what should I do?

On occasions we know you may want to return items so please follow the link to our returns policy.
